This Shipping Policy (“Policy”) explains how
Ignis Terra Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”)
handles the processing, shipment, and delivery of orders placed through
ignisterra.io(the “Site”).
1. Shipping Locations
We ship orders from our partner warehouses and fulfillment centers to customers worldwide.
Available shipping options for your address will be shown at checkout.
- Domestic: Limited shipments within Hong Kong SAR and selected regions in Greater China.
- International: We ship to many destinations including, but not limited to, the United States, Canada, the European Union, the United Kingdom, Australia, and other countries/regions.

2. Order Processing Time
Most orders are processed within
1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
For products sourced from domestic suppliers (e.g., local platforms and upstream warehouses) and forwarded
through our partnered fulfillment centers, processing may take up to
3–5 business days, especially during peak seasons, promotions, or inventory shortages.
Business days do not include weekends or public holidays in the origin country.
If we expect a significant delay in processing your order, we will do our best to notify you by email.
3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Time
We cooperate with trusted international logistics providers, including
Cainiao (Alibaba Group) for cross-border lines and local last-mile carriers
such as
USPS, UPS, or other postal/courier services in the destination country.
3.1 International Transit TimeOnce your parcel has been handed over from our fulfillment center to our international logistics partner
(e.g., Cainiao), the estimated
international transit time is usually:
- Most destinations (e.g., USA, Canada, EU, UK, Australia):
approximately 8–20 business days after dispatch.
3.2 Total Estimated Delivery TimeTotal delivery time includes order processing, warehouse handling, domestic transfer to the export hub,
international air/linehaul, customs clearance, and local last-mile delivery.
- Typical total delivery time: about 12–25 business days.
- Extended estimate with buffer: in some cases (peak seasons, customs inspection, remote areas),
delivery may take up to 12–30 business days.
The delivery times displayed on logistics platforms (such as internal estimates for Cainiao products)
usually refer only to the international transportation portion and do
not include
supplier preparation or domestic warehouse handling. The delivery time stated in this Policy is our
more conservative estimate for the full door-to-door process.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination, weight or volumetric weight of the parcel,
selected shipping method, and any current promotions.
- Exact shipping fees will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
- From time to time, we may offer free or discounted shipping for specific products, destinations, or order values.
Unless otherwise stated, customs duties, import taxes, and other fees imposed by the destination country
are
not included in the shipping costs charged at checkout (see Section 7).
5. Tracking Your Order
After your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number
and a link (where available) to track your shipment. Tracking information may take
24–72 hours to update after dispatch.
If you have not received tracking information within a reasonable period, or if the tracking status
does not update for several days, please contact us at

6. Delivery Attempts and Undeliverable Packages
Delivery will be handled by local postal or courier services in the destination country.
If the carrier is unable to deliver the package (for example, due to an incorrect address, no one
available to receive the package, or failure to collect from a pickup point), the parcel may:
- Be re-attempted for delivery;
- Be held at a local facility or pickup point for a limited period; or
- Be returned to the sender or disposed of according to local regulations.
Additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery or reshipment. If a parcel is returned or destroyed
due to incomplete/incorrect address, repeated failed delivery attempts, or failure to collect,
any refund (if applicable) will be handled in accordance with our
Refund / Return Policy.
7. Customs Duties, Taxes and Import Regulations
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and other fees charged by the
destination country’s customs authorities. These charges are
not included in the product
price or shipping fee unless explicitly stated.
- You are responsible for paying any customs duties, taxes, or clearance fees imposed by your country.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or inspections.
- If you refuse to pay duties or fail to cooperate with customs, the shipment may be returned, held,
or destroyed in accordance with local regulations. In such cases,
refunds (if any) will follow our
Refund / Return Policy.
8. Shipping Delays and Force Majeure
While we work closely with our logistics partners to provide timely delivery, certain situations are
beyond our control and may cause delays, including but not limited to:
- Customs inspections or extended clearance procedures;
- Natural disasters, severe weather, or public health emergencies;
- Strikes, transportation disruptions, or airline capacity issues;
- High-season sales (such as Black Friday, Christmas, or major local holidays).
In such cases, delivery may exceed the typical estimates provided above. We appreciate your understanding
and will do our best to support you if your order is affected by such delays.
9. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order appears to be lost in transit (for example, no tracking updates for an extended period
beyond the estimated delivery window) or arrives with visible damage, please contact us as soon as possible
at

- Your order number;
- Tracking number;
- Photos of the damaged package and/or items (if applicable).
We will work with our logistics partners to investigate and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement,
reshipment, or refund in line with our
Refund / Return Policy.
10. Shipping Address Accuracy
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of purchase,
including apartment numbers, building names, postal codes, and contact details.
- We are not responsible for non-delivery or delays caused by inaccurate or incomplete address information.
- Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to modify the shipping address.
11. Changes to This Shipping Policy
We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our logistics partners,
shipping methods, service coverage, or legal requirements. When we make changes, we will update
the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the Site and placement of orders after any changes take effect
constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy.
